Yesterday, I shopped at Ernie's in Ceresco, buying a dining room table, chairs, and a couch. All of the staff were incredibly helpful. We got quality furniture at an excellent price and picked it up immediately that evening. Unfortunately, Ryan didn’t secure the base of the table correctly which led to it falling from the trailer and getting damaged. Ernie's kindly and promptly replaced the base, despite my husband's error. We highly recommend! Five stars!

Appreciate the kind and professional people in the carpet dept. to the furniture dept. and everyone in-between, had a very good time with excellent help selecting new carpet, bed, chair and sofa, not to mention the amazing Bees wax spray.

I had an AWESOME experience at Ernie’s in Ceresco from start to finish. The quality customer service was amazing. The sales representative was extremely helpful, the people at the front desk were friendly, and the guys on the loading dock were very careful and went the extra mile by wrapping and helping us load the furniture. I would highly recommend Ernie’s to anyone!!

Welcoming like family! Service with a smile and kind demeanor. Since Ernie started his legacy, many years ago, his belief in how a customer should be treated is evidently passed down through generations. I have always been very pleased with my purchases of stylish, quality, well constructed products. There is much variety throughout the store and many more options available that can be ordered. From the sales staff, front office, warehouse guys, to the delivery drivers... they are all exceptional and take pride in what they represent. Love that small town vibe! Thanks to all!
